How high?

So my dad has this awesome "toy" that he has for his business. It's a lift to change out parking lot light bulbs. Well, HE uses it every chance he gets. (I think it's his mid-life crisis corvette) I have to admit, it's pretty neat. So the little specs you see up in the sky are MY children. Pop-pop took them on a "ride" last weekend while we were painting. Pretty cool for three boys...

Strawberries

(click on picture to see larger view)
OK. So by now you probably know I enjoy taking pictures. Well, the above picture is me "capturing the best, lovely moments of my beautiful family, quietly picking strawberries...blah blah blah" Ahhhh.....nature at it's best and the strawberries are like candy. Beautiful weather, perfect picture taking.....and the one below is the super picture I get taken of ME!! yikes It's so great to be a mom. I'm always behind the lens except for THIS one! (lucky me)
(love you babe, thanks for letting my children know what their mom looks like in at least one picture)

Monkey see, monkey do

I got these shirts for the boys and thought it would be cute to take some "monkey" pictures. They LOVE swinging and being VERY silly. We also had to do the classic "Hear no evil, see no evil, say no evil." What a great age!

My beautiful blue-eyed boy

Wow...If this doesn't put a smile on your Monday morning face, I don't know what would...
I was going through some pictures and came across this one and isn't he just beautiful? Don't you just love the freckles? Our very last boy got daddy's blue eyes. Caleb is 4 1/2. Make sure you put that (and a half) on there because that is VERY important right now. He's such a joy and a big boy. He loves making crafts for us all day long! We have little pictures drawn by him everywhere in the house. His favorite word right now is "redunkulous." It's his uncle's version of ridiculous. He says, "That's redunkulous!!" He loves listening to KSBJ and knows the words to all the songs and sings them in his sweet little voice in the back seat. He loves mama and thinks I'm "beautiful." (Ok, all you moms of girls can start a sign up sheet for dibs on him...) :) But...what he just told us a month ago was that he wanted to be an Uncle when he grew up. I asked him why in the world is that what you want to be??? (you know from the usual astronaut or doctor...) He said he wants to be an uncle so he can stay at home and live with us when he's older..... Yep, you guessed it....my 22 year old brother lives at home with Mimi and Pop-pop and THAT'S what Caleb wants to be when he "grows up"....an Uncle.
